Yes, all therapy services are provided via secure telehealth for clients located anywhere in California, including the Bay Area, Central Valley, Southern California, and beyond.

Many clients begin with a free 15-minute consultation. This call is a chance to ask questions, share what’s bringing you to therapy, and see if the approach feels like a good fit for your needs.

Your first session is an opportunity to share your current concerns and goals. We’ll explore what you hope to focus on and collaboratively shape a path forward that feels supportive and grounded in your lived experience.

I generally provide therapy with clients who are 16 years and older. I may make exception to provide therapy to clients who are 13+ years old depending on fit and appropriateness of online therapy. If you’re curious about this, please send me a message.

Yes! I am an out-of-network provider. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health coverage, you may be able to receive reimbursement for a portion of session costs. (Here are some tips for navigating insurance.)
