find balance, peace & authenticity
You’re really good at making it seem like everything’s fine.
But you don’t feel fine.
You’ve been working so hard to meet the needs of everyone else that you’ve left yourself behind.
Hi, I’m Caitlin Blair,
I’m a California therapist (Licensed Clinical Social Worker #128351) who works with high-functioning humans—the ones who are always there for others, who seem like they have it all together, and who quietly carry the weight of doing it all. In our first call, they tell me:
"I don’t know how much longer I can keep this up."
And, I deeply get that. When you're the one everyone turns to—for support, advice, guidance—it’s easy to lose sight of your own needs. Over time, anxiety builds, burnout creeps in, and the roles you once took pride in start to feel heavy. It’s a disorienting experience when your inner experience no longer matches the image others see.
Therapy can be a space to breathe a little more. To stop pretending like you have it all together. To get curious about who you are beneath the striving and caretaking.
My clients often arrive unsure if they’re allowed to slow down. But over time, they reconnect with themselves—and begin to build a life that feels just as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
You might be asking yourself:
• Why do I feel so overwhelmed when I’m doing everything “right”?
• How can I say no without feeling guilty?
• Will people still care about me if I stop helping them?
• What would it feel like to rest without earning it?
• Is it okay to want more ease, more independence, more joy?
this is my speciality…
High-Functioning Anxiety & Burnout
You’re the one everyone counts on—steady, capable, and always giving 110%. On the outside, it looks like you’re thriving. On the inside, it’s a different story. If you're exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck in cycles of perfectionism and self-doubt, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and finally breathe.
People Pleasing & Boundaries
You want to be kind, thoughtful, and generous—but somewhere along the way, your needs got lost in the mix. If you’re constantly saying yes when you want to say no, you’re likely feeling resentful. If you’re unsure how to speak up, therapy is a space to explore where that comes from and learn to set (culturally relevant) boundaries that feel empowering, not scary.
Identity, Culture & Belonging
You’ve always navigated multiple worlds—culturally, racially, professionally, personally—and it’s left you wondering where, and with whom, you fully belong. I specialize in supporting mixed-race, multicultural, and third-culture clients who are exploring identity, belonging, and self-trust in a world that often asks them to choose one version of themselves.
